A bit about us:We are a multifamily-focused general contractor with a strong presence across Seattle, delivering wood-frame and podium projects from 150–300 units. Our work is primarily within the city core and surrounding neighborhoods, with a consistent pipeline of repeat developer clients and upcoming projects already in preconstruction.

Job Details- Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety
- Run weekly meetings and maintain project milestones
- Work closely with PMs and ownership
- Typical projects are podium, wrap-style, and mid-rise multifamily
- Ideal background includes 5–15 years running multifamily or wood-frame projects
