- Deliver exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animal patients
- Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
- Perform soft tissue surgical procedures and dentistry based on your experience and interests
- Utilize advanced diagnostics, digital radiography, and laboratory findings to guide patient care
- Partner with clients through education, communication, and shared decision-making
- Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on challenging medical and surgical cases
- Maintain complete, accurate medical records

Qualifications Required - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
- Active Washington veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Successful completion of the NAVLE
- Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Desire to build lasting relationships with clients and teammates
- Passion for lifelong learning and professional growth
Preferred - Experience in small animal general practice
- Interest in surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine
- Experience utilizing digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory diagnostics
- Interest in collaborative medicine and mentorship
